What are your payment terms?

Easy Pay Options with 0% interest:

   - A. $200.00 down on your credit card now, then divide the balance up into monthly automatic payments charged to your credit card each month up until the time of your wedding. 

   - B. $200.00 down on a credit card to secure your date then divide the balance up into monthly payments and send in a check on the first of each month.

   - C. Half down on a credit card now and the second half will be due 14 days prior to your event.

What services do you offer?

We offer DJ services for various types of events, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate events, private parties, and school functions. We also provide lighting options such as uplighting and dance floor lighting, along with photo booths.

What is your travel radius?

While we don't have a specific limit on how far we travel for clients, travel fees are incurred for any travel beyond one hour from our office in Fond du Lac.

Our DJs are known for their professionalism. They are courteous, polite, and respectful to you, your guests, and other vendors. They work seamlessly with other professionals, such as planners, caterers, and photographers, to ensure a smooth and coordinated event.

How do your DJs dress for events?

Our DJs understand the importance of dressing appropriately for each event. They will be professionally dressed and adhere to the dress code specified for your occasion, whether it's a formal wedding or a casual party.

Are you flexible with meeting times and schedule changes?

Absolutely! We understand that planning events can be hectic, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our DJs are flexible with meeting times and are adaptable to changes, even last-minute adjustments to the timeline or schedule.

How early will the DJ arrive to set up?

Our DJs arrive 2-3 hours prior to the contracted start time to ensure ample time for setup and to address any last-minute changes. If you require an earlier setup time, we can make arrangements for an additional fee.

Of course! We are equipped to handle outdoor events and have the necessary equipment to ensure optimal sound quality and an amazing experience, rain or shine.

What happens if something happens to my assigned DJ?

We always have a backup plan in case of emergencies. We retain one DJ per weekend as a backup, ensuring that we can still provide exceptional service even in unexpected circumstances.

Can I provide my own music for the DJ to play?

Yes, you can bring your own music, but we request that you provide the music files in advance of the event. It's important to consider the audience attending your event to ensure a diverse and enjoyable playlist.

Should we provide a meal for the DJ?

While it's not required in our contract, you can consider providing a meal for the DJ if you wish. Typically, the catering director can arrange this if requested by the client.

How many songs should I request?

You have the option to select songs you would like to hear (and songs you don't want to hear) through our online planning system. The number of songs you request is up to you, but we recommend providing at least 15-20 songs of different genres and artists to give your DJ a sense of your music preferences.

What equipment do you use?

We only use state-of-the-art professional equipment that minimizes wires and has a sleek appearance. Our goal is to provide both exceptional sound quality and a visually pleasing setup.

Will the DJ play requests?

Our DJs do take requests and may play some of them. However, they will filter requests based on your preferences and the overall vibe of the event. They won't play songs you specifically asked not to be played or music from genres you requested to be avoided.

Is tipping the DJ expected?

We don't include gratuity in the final contract price. While not mandatory, a tip of 10-20% is generally recommended if you feel your DJ did an exceptional job. However, it's entirely up to you.
